Hemshell Services is the separate business unit under Hemetek techno Instruments Pvt. Ltd . The company has done extensive work in testing and calibration coupled with training facilities. It has been accredited with ISO 17025:2017 by NABL for Testing for Mechanical Testing of Packaging Material, Food-Chemical , Microbiological Testing ,& Polymer testing and calibration in a specified product with Specific parameters. The Company is setting up a state -of-the art centre for calibration, Testing and Training in Baroda.

Hemshell Services have the facility for the Plastic & Polymer testing (Ray-Ran Plastic & Polymer testing Lab where we perform MFI ,HDT-VICAT,Izod impact Testing, Charpy Test of Polymers). In addition to this we also having the state- of-Art Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) package evaluation facility where we perform the testing for PET resin, Preform & bottle Testing for Solution Intrinsic Viscosity (S.I.V.), Acetaldehyde content, Moisture content, Finish dimensions, Bottle Expansion, Drop Test, Burst Test & Bottle shelf-life study.

Hemshell Services Extended the facility with Transport Simulation lab Where we challenge packaged products against physical distribution hazards such as shock, vibration, and compression. Thermal Shock vacuum pressure testing would help evaluation of shipping containers subjected to thermal challenges of Distribution.

Hemshell Services has provided package and distribution testing and transit testing solutions to help reduce shipment damage, troubleshoot packaging, and supply chain issues, identify cost reduction opportunities, meet sustainability requirements and more. Our transport laboratory capabilities include testing as per ASTM D4169, ISTA methods, Amazons standards and customized test.
